The lanai is a furnished, covered outdoor living space with ceiling fans at the center of the home, with open access to the pool deck. It connects the living area to Bedroom #1. This area is ideal for sipping tropical drinks while watching friends frolic in the pool.
The pool and large concrete tiled deck are where guests spend much of their time. With beach and sea views, the dining area, gas grill and outdoor speaker make this a popular spot. The newly renovated pool is 5 feet deep throughout. Large pool towels are provided.
The living area accommodates six in luxurious Caribbean style. It is lined with floor-to-ceiling sliding screened doors accessing the lanai and veranda, which overlooks the pool, deck and Caribbean Sea. The area also features a large Smart 4K HDTV with HD cable service capable of streaming movies from your Netflix, Amazon Prime or other accounts. Board games and puzzles are also provided, as is high speed WiFi. The area is equipped with ceiling fans and air-conditioning.
With a recently renovated kitchen, the kitchen is well-stocked with common spices, cookware and dishware. A half-bath, washer/dryer, iron, oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, mixer, Instant Pot, coffee makers (including Keurig) are also provided. Cocktail equipment and blender along with appropriate glassware are provided.
